Ceska druzina postcards

This group contains two postcards by a Russian publisher (Union, St. Petersburg) and three postcards published later by "Cechoslovak", to support the Ceska druzina fund.

Postcards of the 1st division

These two postcards were designed by F. Parolek for the First Czechoslovak Division. Local Russian typography.

Several reprints of these cards were issued later in Czechoslovakia. That shown below was issued by V. Smejc in Jicin to support the invalids´ fund.

Propaganda postcard

This postcard by L. I. Stepanek, Moscow to support Czech independence is assumed to be issued for the Czech legion.

Real photo postcard

This postcard was probably issued in Ekaterinburg. It shows a portrait of the later president T.G.Masaryk. The Russian imprint on the back says "Leader of the Czechoslovak revolutionary movement Prof. T.G, Masaryk."
